The real estate department concentrates on the structuring and development of residential, commercial and rural real estate projects. Additionally, the department assists foreign companies setting up business in Brazil in relation to acquisition and/or rental of real estate. The department represents many companies and individuals from around the world.

Main activities:

·          Legal audits;

·        Advice and assistance on the drafting and negotiation of real estate purchase and sale agreements, rental agreements;

·          Preparing legal reports and opinions;

·          Regularization of real estate properties before the competent authorities;

·          Establishing real estate incorporations, condominiums, lots, cooperatives, shopping malls, hotels and theme parks.
